I follow each pet’s normal routine and keep you updated with clear messages and photos. Services are available throughout Wake Forest and surrounding areas. I do not offer boarding in my home.

  • Do you care for pets in your home?

    No. All services take place in the client’s home, except for local pet transportation.

  • Is a meet and greet required?

    Yes. New clients complete a meet and greet before walks, drop-ins, and overnight care so I can learn your pet’s routine and needs.

  • What areas do you serve?

    I serve Wake Forest and surrounding areas. Send your address through the contact form and I’ll confirm availability.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee does not apply to last-minute services booked on the same day.

  • What kinds of pets do you care for?

    I care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and other small or exotic pets in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Will I receive updates during visits?

    Yes. You’ll receive clear messages and photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away.

  • How do I request care?

    Use the contact form with your dates, location, pet details, and the services you need. I’ll respond to confirm availability and next steps.

  • Why do I need a client portal account?

    Haileys Pet and Home Care uses Time to Pet for bookings. To book with me or see a detailed list of services please create an account. This does not mean you are paying, this does not mean you have to book, it just sets you up for sucess when booking with me in the future!
